For Jeff Carson, remodeling has always been about more than construction. With nearly 25 years of experience, beginning as an apprentice to a high-end kitchen and bath installer, Jeff brings a deeply personal approach to every project.
His background in art and design influences how he considers space, color, texture, and materials. His commitment to craftsmanship ensures those ideas are brought to life with care.
Since founding Diamond Remodeling in 2013, Jeff has built lasting relationships with skilled tradespeople who share his standards. He remains personally involved throughout the remodeling process because he believes the details matter.

Yes. Consultations and estimates are complimentary. We start with a conversation about what you have in mind, and if it looks like a good fit, Jeff visits your home to see the space in person before preparing a proposal.
We primarily serve homeowners throughout Onondaga County and Madison County. If you're just outside those areas, reach out — we're happy to tell you whether we can help.
A smaller bathroom typically takes about three to five weeks. A larger primary bathroom generally runs six to eight weeks. Every timeline depends on the scope of the work, the materials selected, and what we find once demolition begins.
A complete kitchen remodel that includes substantial flooring work generally takes two to three months. We'll give you a realistic schedule for your specific project with your proposal, and keep you updated as the work progresses.
Yes. Jeff is personally involved in the projects we take on. He works alongside an established network of trusted craftspeople and specialized contractors built over decades, and stays involved from the first conversation through final details.
Absolutely. Jeff's background in art and design informs how he approaches color, texture, contrast, and material selection. Guiding those choices is part of the service, not an add-on.
Yes. Every estimate is itemized so you can see exactly what is included, what each part of the project involves, and where your investment is going.
Yes. We stand behind our work with a one-year installation labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures apply separately.
